EQUESTRIAN CENTRE The Jays has been an established show centre with an excellent reputation and has held regular equestrian events throughout the year for a number of years. Shows this year have included British Showjumping, unaffiliated show jumping, unaffiliated showing, NSEA (school show jumping), fun days and arena eventing. It has regularly held British Dressage shows as an approved venue in previous years. The owner will discuss the average entries and income with seriously interested parties but will not be providing accounts. The owner is retiring from the business so she can concentrate on her own horses and competing.

The equestrian centre has been used for liveries, riding school and stud in previous years.
